As Founder & CEO of Palmer Music Group, Aviance writes and records original music while personally managing production timelines and creative collaborations from start to finish. She coordinates directly with producers, engineers, and other creatives across every stage of the process — recording, mixing, mastering, and distribution — and builds the marketing strategy behind each release, overseeing campaigns across digital platforms to bring her music to the right audience. Her creative reach extends into visual branding as well, where she has worked as a graphic designer contributing to visual identity and design consistency across client projects, sharpening the same eye for storytelling she brings to her music.

As Founder and Creative Director of Ink Couture, Aviance designs and produces custom apparel and branded merchandise from concept to finished product, turning bold ideas into wearable art for creators and entrepreneurs who want their look to say something specific. She oversees the full lifecycle of every piece — client consultation, design, production, and fulfillment — while shaping the brand identity behind each collection. Her hands-on apparel background runs deep, built through years of hands-on custom apparel work, including managing the Custom Station at Augusta Mall and Vinyl Tyme, where she created custom pieces for customers while also overseeing daily operations and team performance. That foundation was sharpened further as an Assistant Graphic Designer at Creative Ankh Designs, where she supported visual branding projects across tight deadlines — skill she now applies to every custom piece Ink Couture creates.

With 17 years of experience across business operations, customer service, and executive support, Aviance currently serves as an Executive Virtual Assistant at BELAY, providing high-level administrative and operational support to C-level executives across multiple industries — managing complex calendars, communications, CRM systems, and cross-functional projects to keep daily operations seamless. Her background also includes executive support roles at Zirtual, over a decade of independent work as an Online Business Manager helping clients streamline workflows and improve profitability, retail management across multiple store concepts in Augusta, technical support at Kelly Services, and an early role as a Reseller Specialist at Apple — where she first discovered how much she loved helping people solve real problems.
