Where the Craft Started

Aviance's design background runs across multiple roles at once rather than a single linear path. It began with hands-on experience at the Custom Station in Augusta Mall, where she made her first custom shirts, hoodies, hats, and more — learning the craft directly through real client orders. She carried that hands-on apparel work forward into her role managing Vinyl Tyme, continuing to create custom pieces for customers while also overseeing daily operations, inventory, and team performance. Alongside that retail and apparel experience, she was also working as an Assistant Graphic Designer at Creative Ankh Designs, supporting design projects for multiple clients and delivering high-quality creative assets within deadlines, while collaborating directly with clients to refine concepts and implement revisions — sharpening her eye for visual branding and design consistency across every project she touched.Today, as Founder and Creative Director of Ink Couture, Aviance draws on both threads of that experience — the hands-on apparel-making instincts built at the Custom Station and Vinyl Tyme, and the client-facing design refinement from Creative Ankh Designs — to oversee the full lifecycle of every piece she creates: client consultation, design, production, and fulfillment, shaping the brand identity behind each collection along the way.
